Account – A free functionality of the Shop regulated by a separate set of terms and conditions (an online service) that allows the Buyer to set up an individual Account in the Shop.
Consumer – Consumer as defined in the Civil Code.
Buyer – any entity making purchases in the Shop.
Terms and conditions – the hereby terms and conditions.
Shop – online shop E-translatorium operated by the Seller at www.etranslatorium.com

- 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The proper functioning of the Shop requires:
- A device with Internet access
- Internet browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
- In order to place an order in the Shop, in addition to the requirements defined in paragraph 1, it is essential to have an active e-mail account.
- 4 PURCHASES IN THE SHOP
- The prices of articles displayed in the Shop are full prices of the articles.
- The articles to be purchased need to be placed in the Shop cart.
- Then the buyer fills out the necessary details to proceed with the purchase.
- The order is placed once it has been confirmed and the the Terms and conditions have been accepted by the Buyer.
- The placement of order is deemend synonymous with conclusion of sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
- The Seller shall send an invoice for the purchase to the Buyer’s e-mail address indicated upon the placement of the order.
- The Buyer may register in the Shop, i.e. set up an account or make purchases without registering, by providing their details upon every purchase.
- 5 METHODS OF PAYMENT
- The payment methods available to pay for the order are the following:
- Regular bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account.
- Visa or Mastercard payment.
- The seller hereby informs that in case of certain payment methods, given their specificities, the payment is only possible directly after placing an order.
- 6 COMPLETION OF ORDER
- The items ordered by the Buyer shall automatically be sent to their e-mail address as a link to a downloadable PDF file after the payment has been made or, in case of regular bank transfers, after the payment has been recorded on the Seller’s bank account.
- 7 PERSONAL DATA
- The controller of the personal data provided by the Buyer when using the online Shop is the Seller.
- The Buyer’s personal data is processed based on the contract and for the purpose of its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on Data Protection (GDPR). Detailed information concerning data processing by the Seller is included in the privacy policy of the Shop.
- 8 DISCLAIMERS
- It is forbidden for the Buyer to provide invalid information.
- Every order placed in the Shop is considered as a separate contract of sale and it is required to accept the Terms and conditions upon the placement of every order. The contract is concluded for the time and with the purpose of the order completion.
- The contracts that are concluded based on the hereby Terms and conditions are concluded in Polish or in English.
- The regulations of the hereby Terms and conditions do not exclude or do not restrict to any extent Consumer rights arising from the law.
- 9 REGULATIONS REGARDING BUYERS WHO ARE NOT CONSUMERS
- Any liability of the Seller in relation to a Buyer who is not a Consumer is excluded.
- In case of a possible dispute with a Buyer who is not a Consumer, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

- 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The registration and proper functioning of the account requires:
- An active e-mail account
- A device with Internet access
- Internet browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
- 4 ACCOUNT
- Account registration is entirely voluntary and contingent to the Buyer’s intention.
- Account registration provides the Buyer with additional possibilities, such as: viewing the history of the orders placed by the Buyer in the Shop, checking the order status and editing the Buyer’s data.
- In order to set up an account, it is necessary to fill out a corresponding form in the Shop.
- At the moment of Account reigstration, an agreement is concluded for an indefinite duration between the Buyer and the Seller, concerning managing the Account according to the principles specified in the Terms and conditions.
- The Buyer may withdraw from the Account at any time without incurring any costs.
- In order to withdraw from the Account, it is necessary to send a resignation form to the Seller to the following e-mail address: office@etranslatorium.com, which will result in a prompt deletion of the Account and termination of the contract regarding managing the Account.
- 5 COMPLAINTS
- The complaints regarding functioning of the Account should be sent to the following e-mail address office@etranslatorium.com
- The complaint shall be processed by the Seller within 14 days.
- 6 PERSONAL DATA

- The contract concerning managing the account is concluded in Polish or in English.
- In case of the occurrence of important reasons mentioned in paragraph 4, the Seller reserves the right to change the hereby Terms and conditions of the Account.
- The important reasons mentioned in paragraph 3 include:
- the necessity to adapt the terms and conditions of the Shop to laws and regulations specific to the Shop’s activity
- improving the security of the service provided
- a change in the Account functionality requiring some modifications in terms and conditions of the account.
- The Buyer shall be informed about a planned change of the terms and conditions of the Account no later than 7 days before the implementation of the change, via message sent to the e-mail address assigned to the Account.
- If the Buyer does not accept the planned change, they should inform the Seller about it by sending a relevant message to the Seller’s e-mail account office@etranslatorium.com, which will result in the termination of contract concerning managing the Account, upon the implementation of the planned change or earlier if the Buyer so requests.
- If the Buyer does not object to the planned change until the moment of its implementation, it is considered that they accept the change, which does not constitute any obstacle to the termination of contract in the future.
- In case of a potential dispute with a Buyer who is not a Consumer, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
- The regulations of the hereby Terms and conditions do not exclude or do not restrict to any extent Consumer rights arising from the law.
Terms and Conditions of the Newsletter
- 1 DEFINITIONS
Newsletter – free online service that enables the customer to receive some pre-ordered information from the Seller about the Shop by electronic means. The information includes offers, promotions and new articles in the Shop.

Seller – Translatorium Olga Werbowa, registered in Central Registration and Information on Business kept by the competent minister of economy and Central Registration and Information on Business, with the NIP number 8212401328 and REGON number 381501712 at the address Ul. Customer – any entity using the Newsletter service.
- 2 Newsletter
- The Customer may voluntarily use the Newsletter service.
- Using the Newsletter service requires a device with the latest version of the browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, with Internet access and an active e-mail account.
- The e-mails sent as a part of this service shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer upon the registration to the Newsletter.
- As a first step, the Customer, in order to conclude the contract and subscribe to the Newsletter service, provides, in the specified field, the e-mail address to which they want to receive Newsletter messages. Then the Seller shall send a verification message to the e-mail address indicated in the first step. The e-mail will contain the link which the Customer can use to confirm the intention of subscribing to the Newsletter. After the Customer has confirmed the intention to subscribe to the Newsletter, it implies concluding the contract for the Newsletter service and the Seller shall start providing the service to the Customer.
- The messages sent as a part of the Newsletter shall include the information about the possibility of unsubscribing from the Newsletter.
- The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any point without stating the reason for it and without incurring any costs, by using the possibility mentioned in paragraph 5 or by sending a message to the Seller’s e-mail address office@etranslatorium.com.
- Using the unsubscription link or sending a message with the request to unsubscribe from the Newsletter by the Customer shall result in the immediate termination of contract regarding the Newsletter service.
- 3 Complaints
- Complaints regarding the Newsletter should be sent to the Seller’s e-mail address: office@etranslatorium.com.
- The seller shall proceed the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
- 4 Personal data
- The controller of the personal data provided by the Customer when using the Newsletter is the Seller.
- The Buyer’s personal data is processed based on the contract and for the purpose of its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on Data Protection (GDPR). Detailed information concerning data processing by the Seller is included in the privacy policy of the Shop.
- 5 Final provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to change the hereby Terms and conditions only for important reasons. An important reason may be considered the necessity to change the Terms and conditions caused by modernisation of the Newsletter service or changes in the provisions of law affecting the service provided by the Seller.
- The information about a planned change in the Terms and conditions shall be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address assigned to the Newsletter no later than 7 days before the implementation of the change.
- If the Customer does not object to the planned changes until the moment of their implementation, it implies the acceptance of those changes.
- In case the Customer does not accept the changes, they should send a relevant information to the Seller’s e-mail address: office@etranslatorium.com, which will result in the termination of the Newsletter service contract as of the moment of the implementation of the planned changes.
- It is forbidden for the Customer to provide invalid information.
